FOUNDER & CEO

JASON J. TISDALE

A results-driven, visionary leader, rehabilitation strategist, and nationally recognized motivational speaker dedicated to helping justice-involved individuals transform their lives through the power of effective listening.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND & EDUCATION

Jason holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice, and he is a Certified Crisis Intervention Counselor. His academic training, combined with real-world experience working inside correctional facilities and community reentry programs, has positioned him as a trusted leader in rehabilitation and reintegration services.

Throughout his career, Jason has collaborated with correctional institutions, pre-release centers, problem-solving courts, workforce agencies, and community-based organizations across multiple states. His work focuses on equipping individuals with practical tools to reduce recidivism, strengthen decision-making, and build long-term stability.

Rehabilitation & Reentry Leadership

In 2016, Jason founded Listening Is Key, LLC, a consulting and rehabilitation organization committed to "creating a world of effective listeners." Under his leadership, the organization has developed the Life Print Curriculum, a comprehensive rehabilitation and reintegration framework that includes:

The Life Print Guidebook

Interactive video learning modules

Accountability coaching

Pre- and post-assessments

Group facilitation exercises rooted in real-life scenarios

The Life Print model is grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles, trauma-informed practices, motivational interviewing techniques, and structured goal-setting.

CREATOR OF TISDALE’S TEN TECHNIQUES

Jason is the creator of Tisdale's Ten Techniques of Listening, a structured framework designed to help individuals improve critical thinking, manage stress and anxiety, build healthy relationships, develop emotional regulation, strengthen professional readiness, and navigate life transitions successfully.

Jason teaches that listening is not passive — it is a strategic life skill that directly influences decision-making, accountability, and long-term success.

REHABILITATION & REENTRY LEADERSHIP

Jason specializes in working with incarcerated individuals preparing to transition back into their communities. He teaches participants that just as every successful business has a business plan, every individual must create a Life Print Plan — a structured blueprint for freedom, purpose, and accountability.

His programs address key barriers to successful reentry, including unemployment and workforce readiness, limited coping skills, substance abuse triggers, emotional trauma, family reintegration challenges, and lack of structured goal planning.

His hybrid delivery model includes in-person workshops and digital modules accessible through correctional tablets and learning platforms.
